Additional Conditions:
- The reserved rooms can be used by the Client after 2:00 pm on the day of arriving, excluding the cases when that was agreed in writing by the Hotel.
- The Client will vacate the room not later than 12:00 pm on the day of departure.
- The Hotel will reserve the right to calculate up to 50% extra for a room if it was vacated after 12:00 pm and before 6:00 pm.
- If a room was vacated after 6:00 pm the Hotel will require payment for additional night of stay.
- In case of due written invalidation related to client goods or services, the Hotel will not have the right to request any compensations.
- The Hotel will reserve the right to annul the agreement on the number of reservations in cases these were made without the necessary guarantees for cash, bank account transfer, credit card payment, etc.
- The Hotel will reserve the right to annul reservations in case of force majeure situation or other situations for which the Hotel will not be responsible.
